Our Services
BOOKKEEPING
We manage your weekly/monthly bookkeeping including purchases, payments, sales invoicing, cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
PAYROLL
We process your weekly/monthly payroll, filing real-time information with HMRC. Our payroll package means that come to the end of the financial year, all the necessary processing can be dealt efficiently.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT
We provide you with monthly management accounts and cash flow reports.
VAT RETURN
We prepare & file the VAT return ahead of the deadline with HMRC.
PENSION
Staff are automatically enrolled on a work-based pension scheme. We will do all the statutory deduction and returns.
CREDIT CONTROL
We offer control service as an effective way to obtain payment and improve the cashflow. That includes issuing of statements to your customers, with follow-up letters and phone calls.
Miklor (MS Bookkeeping) has provided book keeping services to 4Towers TMO for over 8 years and continues to do so. He provides a full book keeping service to us, including the preparation of management accounts, overseeing the payment of invoices and processing, payroll service, liaison with third party contractors, and working with our accountants in regard to final year accounts etc. This is not an exhaustive list of his duties but covers the principal areas.
